Our Pastors/Elders

In the Bible God instructs a church to maintain two offices. The first office is referenced in Scripture by the words "pastor" (Ephesians 4:11), "elder" (Titus 1:5-9, 1 Peter 1:1-5), and "overseer" (1 Timothy 3:1-7), and it is to be filled by qualified men who shepherd the church in the ministry of God's Word.

Our Deacons

The second office that God’s word instructs a church to maintain is the office of deacon. The word “deacon” means servant, and the office of deacon is to be filled by men and women in the church of upstanding character who show themselves to be exemplary in practical service (1 Timothy 3:8-13, Acts 6:1-6).

Our Support Staff

Other members of our church who receive some compensation for their service to the church make up our support staff. After someone has served as support staff for a period of time they will be considered for the office of deacon (1 Timothy 3:10).
